Project Overview

Wicks Place Apartments in Marrickville sets a new benchmark for residential living, blending contemporary design with community-centric values. This development project focuses on creating sustainable, high-quality living spaces that cater to a diverse urban population. Our Scope

  • Spearheaded façade engineering for Wicks Place Apartments, designing framing and cladding for the external façade that enhances the building's modern appeal while ensuring durability and thermal efficiency.
  • Developed unique façade elements for balcony sections, integrating contemporary design with functional outdoor spaces for residents, and designed an exposed ceiling on the ground floor to add architectural interest and spatial openness.
  • Engineered an internal oculus awning to provide natural lighting solutions and visual appeal, contributing to the building's innovative design and enhancing the living environment for residents.
