Azuma Makoto Artwork

Project Overview

The Azuma Makoto Artwork project in Sydney is a captivating installation that merges the worlds of art and nature, showcasing the renowned Japanese artist's ability to transform spaces with living botanical sculptures. This project involves the meticulous planning and execution of large-scale floral installations that explore themes of life, decay, and rebirth, engaging visitors in a dialogue with nature. The installations are complemented by a series of workshops and talks aimed at fostering a deeper appreciation for botanical art and environmental awareness. By integrating these dynamic artworks into public spaces, the project not only beautifies the city but also invites community interaction and contemplation on the relationship between humans and the natural world.
